The Supportive Living Program is in need of more home providers just like Melda to open up their homes to individuals just like Cecilly. As a home provider you are never alone. Community Living Thunder Bay’s Supportive Living Service Staff will be with you every step of the way and will provide:

-- monetary compensation on a per diem basis

-- supportive living training

-- ongoing support from Community Living Thunder Bay’s professional social worker staff

By becoming a home provider you will enjoy a rewarding and fulfilling experience where you will provide someone with the opportunity to excel and live a normal life.

This individual is supported with daily living skills and often can be included in family activities, while support workers provide assistance with recreational activities, medical appointments, and planning meetings to ensure that the individual is comfortable and adequately supported in the home.
